Scope
Standard buildings stay on the published price. Exceptions are quoted separately.
This is the published price for a standard Tier 2 compliance package. For many buildings, incentives offset a meaningful portion of the cost.
Priced for a standard Tier 2 compliance scope. New benchmarking periods, major utility-data reconstruction, conditional-compliance or exemption filings, appeals, capital retrofit design, onsite support, or other out-of-scope engineering are handled separately if needed.
FAQ
A few practical questions before owners commit.
Why publish the price?
Because the standard Tier 2 package is defined clearly enough to price directly. If a building falls outside that standard scope, we say so and quote the additional work separately.
When does custom pricing apply?
Custom pricing applies when the building falls outside a standard Tier 2 compliance scope, such as unusual utility-data cleanup, out-of-scope engineering work, or broader capital retrofit design.
What happens after submission?
The standard price includes up to 3 months of support for follow-up questions, correction requests, and portal coordination tied to the submitted package.
Will this pass?
We prepare and submit the required Tier 2 package and stay with you through follow-up questions. Final acceptance still depends on complete building information and Commerce review.
